The hut is open to visitors from mid-June to mid-October. Acommodation: 36 beds (11 rooms), 30 beds in dormitory. Restaurant capacity: 100 seats, terrace with 50 seats. It is a point along hiking trail number 7 and also starting point to peaks in Julian Alps (Prisojnik, Mojstrovka, Razor, Jalovec,...).
