The true warmth of a sub-alpine homestead 


The Pocar homestead in Zgornja Radovna dates back to the beginning of the17th century and is one of the oldest homesteads in the Triglav National Park refurbished within the monument protection programme.  The museum house conjures the image of the lives in the places under Triglav from centuries ago until today for the visitors with its image, a rich collection of exhibits and the curator's Pocar story.

See this remarkable ethnographic open-air museum, which in addition to a residential building with authentic interior includes an outhouse with stables, a hay barn with farm tools, pig sty, woodshed and a well.
